1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prex Markets ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Prex Markets is a prediction market platform. pUSD is an algorithmic reward asset earned through activity on the Platform. pUSD is NOT a stablecoin, security, or investment product. Its redemption value is variable and depends on treasury performance and user behavior.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Users from restricted jurisdictions may not access the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

4. pUSD Terms

By earning or holding pUSD, you acknowledge:

pUSD is earned through activity, not purchased
pUSD has no fixed value peg to any fiat currency
Redemption value is determined by treasury health and redemption demand
A 3-month cliff applies before USDT redemption eligibility
PREX conversion requires $1B FDV threshold and involves vesting
pUSD may be subject to unlock schedules based on activity milestones

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading on prediction markets involves risk. You may lose your deposited funds. pUSD redemption value is not guaranteed and may be less than expected. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
Create multiple accounts to game earning mechanisms
Use bots or automated systems without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by Prex Markets or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prex Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or pUSD.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
